Provide timely and accurate service to customers (primarily active employees)
Assist in processing HR documents, i.e. benefit, salary, and status changes
Provide information on a wide range of human resources programs and services (via phone, chat, AskHR cases)
Expedite referral of complex issues and sensitive inquiries to the appropriate area for resolution including, but not limited to, benefits, leaves of absence, payroll, HR policy, training, and work-life programs
Requirements
High School diploma or GED
9 months customer services or administrative support experience in a corporate environment
6 months experience utilizing Office software packages, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
10-key calculator experience and an aptitude for math
Experience utilizing email
Service oriented and has a desire to assist the customer
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
High degree of confidentiality
Organized and detail-oriented
Team player in a high-paced team environment
Ability to handle high stress and high volume situations where time is of the essence
