Corporate Associate, Startup and Venture Capital Group

Role Overview

• Provide corporate legal services to technology and life sciences companies at all stages of development
• Work with early startups to mature, publicly traded corporations
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement strategies for their specific needs

Requirements

• At least three (3+) years of experience in a sophisticated corporate law practice
• Focus on startup, venture capital, and emerging company representation
• Experience or affinity for technology and/or life sciences companies
• M&A and/or Capital Markets experience is a plus
• Superior academic credentials
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
• Barred in the jurisdiction for which they are applying or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam
