Senior Functional Systems Analyst

Role Overview

• Investigate, analyze and resolve application issues with direction from senior staff.
• Perform field investigations of application issues and interface with field users and management.
• Participate in application training or develop training materials.
• Perform data analysis and assist in the development of reports under the direction of senior staff.
• Assist support staff in investigating root cause, resolving application issues and engaging IT as necessary.
• Assist senior staff to define and build business processes and the functional requirements for associated applications.
• Provide assistance and guidance to employees across the corporation in the proper use of applications.
• Participate in application testing and user training under the direction of senior staff.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience in IT systems support with High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of experience in IT systems support with Associates Degree in business or IT
• 0 years of experience in IT systems support with Bachelor's Degree in business or IT
• Physical demand level is Sedentary
• The level of expertise and competence required to carry out these responsibilities varies with the position level in this job family.
