About this role
Role Overview
Conduct end-to-end generalist recruitment & selection processes (role alignment, sourcing/hunting, screening, interviews, feedback)
Post job openings and optimize job ads (LinkedIn, Google for Jobs, job boards)
Proactively source candidates (hunting) and apply a consultative approach
Administer and interpret behavioral and technical assessments (when applicable)
Manage candidate pipeline and statuses in ATS and spreadsheets
Produce basic recruitment & selection KPI reports
Requirements
Previous experience as a Mid-level Recruitment & Selection Analyst working with generalist roles
Experience in HR consulting or managing multiple concurrent openings
Experience conducting competency-based interviews and managing end-to-end hiring processes
Proficiency with job distribution platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)
Organized, strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on deadlines and quality
Availability to work as a contractor (PJ), 100% remote
Experience with administrative, sales, or leadership roles (differential)
Experience with ATS and recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, funnel, SLA) (differential)
Knowledge of employer branding and copywriting for job ads (differential)
Previous experience in a small company or startup environment (differential)
