Role Overview
- Represent the voice of the client in projects and be responsible for the member/client experience
- Prepare a range of products and services to ensure a positive member/client experience
- Collaborate with project developers and business analysts to meet user needs and deliver expected benefits
- Manage relationships with various project stakeholders
- Lead and influence specialists and stakeholders in planning and development projects involving complex interventions
- Develop and recommend strategic orientations and business positioning
- Make recommendations for projects with a high degree of operational and conceptual complexity
- Coach other product owners
- Represent the unit in dealings with senior management and decision-making bodies
- Negotiate and commit to agreements with partners and external organizations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Intermediate advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
