Represent the voice of the client in projects and be responsible for the member/client experience
Prepare a range of products and services to ensure a positive member/client experience
Collaborate with project developers and business analysts to meet user needs and deliver expected benefits
Manage relationships with various project stakeholders
Lead and influence specialists and stakeholders in planning and development projects involving complex interventions
Develop and recommend strategic orientations and business positioning
Make recommendations for projects with a high degree of operational and conceptual complexity
Coach other product owners
Represent the unit in dealings with senior management and decision-making bodies
Negotiate and commit to agreements with partners and external organizations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
Knowledge of French is required
Intermediate advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
