Manage a spend of £240M+ for W&D category in scope globally
Create comprehensive global sourcing strategies for W&D category in scope of responsibility
Build an education & communication process for key stakeholders
Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for W&D
Ensure global strategies reflect Haleon’s sustainability objectives
Manage W&D relationships with external third-party logistics service providers
Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency, and supplier innovation
Monitor global markets & regulatory developments affecting the W&D category
Provide leadership to a global team of W&D Sourcing colleagues

Bachelor’s Degree
10+ years of experience in procurement or operational supply chain role
FMCG/CPG incl. food or Consumer Health/OTC experience
Knowledge of Procurement tools such as sourcing, quotation analysis, contract negotiation, supplier review, supplier development, and others
Strong knowledge of finance and legal matters
Extensive specialist knowledge and practical logistics experience
Demonstrated ability to forge close business relationships with internal and external stakeholders at management level
Highly developed commercial acumen with demonstrated success in delivering logistics and/or sourcing transformations
