Lead the discovery, design, and delivery of the systems and data work that powers fundraising.
Working across Salesforce (NPSP), Marketing Cloud, and related platforms.
Identify, propose, and document system and process improvements.
Manage timelines, risk, and testing for projects.
Spot inefficiencies and build automations and process fixes.
Champion data governance and document processes and changes.

Tertiary qualifications in either Business, Information Technology, Data or in a related field.
Several years' experience as a business analyst or similar, ideally in a CRM or data-driven environment.
A track record of leading projects from discovery through to delivery.
Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM — NPSP or nonprofit experience a bonus.
Strong analytical skills, with a knack for turning business needs into clear, practical specs.
Great communicator, equally comfortable with technical and non-technical audiences.
