Responsible for driving outstanding sales generation and client service through managing, coaching, and guiding Wealth Advisors, Private Client Bankers, and Wealth Associates.
Establish sales goals, define and manage to success formulas, coach and educate business partners.
Assist on pre-call planning, client/prospect appointments, and post-call debriefs.
Develop and implement sales strategies specific to assigned markets.
Provide leadership and direction to the Wealth Associates.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business or other related field of study.
Minimum of 10 years Financial Services experience.
Technically sound with demonstrated knowledge and understanding of servicing Wealth and Private Clients and investment management client needs, operational processes and key systems needed to support the Wealth client.
Knowledge and understanding of key performance metrics.
Relevant experience in managing sales and client service teams.
Ability to achieve high level results while adhering to Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).
