Account Manager

Role Overview

• Deliver high-quality and efficient service to internal and external clients
• Maintain service excellence, manage the book of business, and achieve key metrics
• Build and maintain relationships with underwriters and brokers
• Perform advanced administrative tasks related to new and renewal business
• Act as a key point of contact for brokers and clients, ensuring exceptional customer service
• Maintain accurate records of policy and underwriting data

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in the commercial insurance industry
• Solid understanding of Property and Casualty insurance coverage
• Proficient in written and verbal communication
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
