Provide friendly and efficient customer service via phone, email, SMS, and chat
Assist customers with day to day inquiries
Promote and utilize E-Commerce technologies
Maintain current knowledge of business processes within divisions and distribution centers
May mentor new Customer Care Generalists
Arrange exception deliveries in collaboration with Transportation departments and delivery services
Determine appropriate credits for customers and assist with Invoice and Credit Memo inquiries
Manage Recalls Communication as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
1 year experience in inside sales or customer service
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales or Marketing preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently or within a team environment
Understanding of Foodservice industry and operations
Ability to adapt to frequent technological changes and program functions
