About this role
Role Overview
Lead and manage a Field Service Engineering team for the Honeywell Process Solutions organization
Improve team performance
Ensure engagement in new opportunities for market penetration, team deployment, and sales growth
Liaise with multiple factions to help prevent and resolve customer problems
Explore additional revenue-generating opportunities
Drive and improve metric reporting procedures
Own financial metrics, targets, and budgets
Define team expectations and communicate those to stakeholders
Act as mentor to train and develop future managers
Requirements
Post-Secondary Education in Engineering, Trades or Technology
7+ years’ experience in Industrial Automation and Process Control industry
5+ years' experience in a Lead or Manager capacity
Valid Driver’s License
Pulp and Paper experience highly valued
QCS & DCS experience highly valued
Strong business acumen
Entrepreneurial mindset an asset
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
Demonstrated ability to operate independently
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team
Previous customer service experience
