Define and prioritize the product backlog for credit portfolio management products.
Translate business rules and partner teams' needs into requirements and user stories.
Act as the bridge between the business, technology, and stakeholders, ensuring continuous product evolution.
Lead initiatives related to receivables, portfolio maintenance, financial reconciliation, and credit processes.
Validate deliveries from squads and ensure alignment with business needs.
Monitor KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and propose product enhancements.
Ensure the product roadmap is aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

Proven experience as a Product Manager in digital products.
Experience managing and prioritizing a product backlog.
Experience defining business rules and writing user stories.
Knowledge of requirements analysis and elicitation.
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
Bachelor's degree (completed).
Experience with credit products, receivables, financial reconciliation, or portfolio management is a plus.
Experience applying Artificial Intelligence to products is a plus.
