Provide customer analytical support through analytical testing, interpretation, and recommendations
Conduct technical investigations to address and improve customer issues
Analyze test results and prepare reports for internal teams and customers
Collaborate with Sales team in delivering analytical insights and support commercial discussions
Maintain expertise on product performance and analytical methods relevant to customer processes
Engage with customers in meetings and technical discussions
Support innovation by providing analytical input for new product development and enhancements
Recommend continuous improvements to enhance service quality
Requirements
Strong scientific background with hands-on experience in analytical methods used in specialty chemicals
Deep analytical expertise and application insight
Ability to provide analytical testing and recommendations to support customer applications
Conduct root cause analysis and method development to address customer issues
Ability to analyze test results, prepare reports, and communicate findings
Collaborating closely with Account Managers to understand customer requirements
Maintain subject matter expertise on product performance and analytical methods
Participate in technical discussions and presentations to explain analytical outcomes
Recommend improvements to analytical procedures and workflows
