Execute monthly, quarterly and annual accounting closes, ensuring the quality of information.
Prepare reconciliations and analyses of balance sheet and income statement accounts.
Ensure correct application of accounting pronouncements (CPCs) and international standards (IFRS).
Prepare financial statements, explanatory notes and other accounting reports.
Record complex accounting entries related to corporate transactions, financial instruments, leases (IFRS 16), provisions and other significant transactions.
Support the consolidation processes of the group's financial statements.
Respond to external audits by preparing documentation and addressing technical queries.
Participate in the implementation and improvement of processes, internal controls and projects related to the finance and accounting area.
Knowledge of CPC 47 for revenue/billing analysis and reconciliation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Accounting Sciences).
Active registration with the Regional Accounting Council (CRC).
Minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting, preferably in medium or large companies.
Strong knowledge of IFRS and CPCs.
Experience with monthly, quarterly and annual accounting closes.
Knowledge in preparing financial statements and explanatory notes.
Experience supporting external audits.
Knowledge of account reconciliations, provisions, reclassifications and analyses.
Experience with consolidation of financial statements will be considered an advantage.
Experience with SAP ERP (modules FI, MM and CO) will be considered an advantage.
Advanced English for reading standards and interacting with international teams.
Experience with public company routines and PCAOB standards is a differential.
