Preparation of IFRS statements for the respective legal entities, including monthly and quarterly IFRS closing, IFRS financial reporting for all stakeholders
Coordination and management of the accounting process, methodical support of accounting-controlling processes, ad-hoc analyses
Analytical reviews and reconciliation of balance sheet and P&L statements
Supporting management and operational business in queries related to reporting guidelines, chart of accounts, accounting and consolidation topics
Receivables management: assessment of write-off of receivables, orders for economic information from external companies, registration of orders
Support in the area of customer and supplier master data, support for the dunning process, administration of credit management
Process improvement and assisting in implementing guidelines and system changes either due to global or local changes
Cooperation with external and internal auditors
Statistical reports to Statistical Office and National Bank, accounting support of the subsidies and grants management
Preparation of annual reports, German statutory financial statements including notes and cash-flow in accordance with German GAAP
Requirements
University degree in the field of economics, preferred accounting, audit, finance
Minimum 2 years of work experience in an accounting/reporting department, audit or financial advisory services
Knowledge of international accounting standards IFRS is an advantage
Accounting related processes and internal control systems
Team player and solution oriented
Flexibility, time management skills and ad hoc reporting
German and Czech language is required, English highly preferred
Other knowledge: Double-entry bookkeeping, Microsoft Excel, SAP knowledge is an advantage
