Navigates ambiguous requirements and environments to support delivery
Leads the delivery of design work such as design initiative briefs, discovery artifacts, sketches, wireframes, UX flows, low and high fidelity prototypes, heuristic evaluations, competitive analysis, and design system contributions
Plans, conducts, analyzes, and shares knowledge from research based on the teams questions and goals
Influences and communicates research strategy for the program
Delivers design work including discovery artifacts, sketches and rough prototypes, wireframes, UX flows, and high fidelity prototypes
Requirements
Bachelors degree and 7+ years of experience
Prior experience serving as a mentor to junior level team members
Experience with design software such as Figma, Miro, Adobe or other designer tools
Experience with research principles and relevant technologies, understands roles with which they interact and how their work impacts business goals
Self-starter, works independently
Firm grasp of Agile best practices
