Oversee the company's regulatory obligations and maintain an effective compliance framework.
Lead the Compliance function and develop a high-performing team of approximately 15 compliance professionals.
Maintain and evolve the regulatory compliance framework across home and passported markets.
Own regulatory relationships and reporting; act as the primary interface with the ACPR.
Advise product, partnerships, and commercial teams on regulatory feasibility.
Document compliance opinions for new services/products or suppliers.
Track regulatory change and translate it into actionable requirements.
Conduct compliance training and awareness sessions for staff.
Manage regulatory examinations, inspections, and audits.

Hands-on experience as an AMLRO or in a compliance role (or equivalent) within a regulated financial institution — ideally an EMI or PI.
A strong command of the French regulatory framework (ACPR, AML/CFT directives, PSD2, MFC).
Knowledge of another European jurisdiction is a plus.
Experience building and leading a compliance team, with a track record of developing people while maintaining high standards.
Comfortable working at the intersection of compliance and business, collaborating closely with Product and Sales teams.
Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in both French and English.
