Technical background: vocational training, degree, or master craftsman in electronics, electrical engineering, telecommunications, building services, or equivalent.
Experience with wireless and networking technologies: Practical experience with Wi‑Fi, BLE, or similar technologies, ideally in planning and deployment.
Hands-on mentality with ownership: You take responsibility, enjoy working operationally, and drive topics forward independently.
Experience working with partners: You act confidently and can professionally manage and coordinate external partners.
Willingness to travel (30–80%) & structured back-office working style: You will be regularly on-site with customers and projects while maintaining the required structure in the back office.
Ideally based in the Munich area.
Experience in a startup or scale-up environment (advantage): You're used to working in a dynamic environment with few predefined structures and to independently build and drive initiatives.
Structured and quality-oriented working style: You work in an organized way, think in clear processes, and have high standards for quality.
Very good German and English skills.
