Handle customer complaints and returns according to the complaint management process
Carry out quality checks and implement appropriate corrective actions
Monitor open orders to ensure deliveries reach customers on time as agreed
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
Preferably some initial professional experience in customer service/inside sales; alternatively experience in logistics, supply chain, or field sales
Excellent spoken and written Italian, English and German are required
Experience with SAP is an advantage
Experience with Salesforce.com is desirable but not mandatory
Good to very good Excel skills
Strong self-organisation, ability to work independently and set priorities; willingness and ability to quickly learn new areas of work and a positive attitude
