Strategic growth: You systematically expand our market presence in your region, develop new revenue opportunities and make a significant contribution to regional growth
Sales cycle: You guide B2B customers through the entire sales process — from first contact and needs analysis to a successful close and the establishment of long-term partnerships
New business acquisition & account management: You proactively win new B2B customers through outbound prospecting and strategically develop existing accounts — from small businesses to large enterprise clients
Lead handling: You manage regional inbound leads in a structured way and convert them into successful projects through informed consulting
Project business: You oversee complex customer projects, develop appropriate solution concepts and coordinate implementation together with internal teams
Sales processes: You document your activities in the CRM in a structured manner, analyze market and competitor developments and derive targeted measures to further develop our sales methods
Requirements
You bring several years of experience in B2B sales — ideally in a consultative environment or with technically complex products.
More important than your previous experience are your drive and passion to excite customers, spot opportunities and proactively unlock new business.
You are a sales talent: you convince with strong communication skills, negotiation ability and a confident presence — also when dealing with decision-makers.
Initial exposure to office supplies or ergonomics is a plus.
You have initial experience working systematically with a CRM, use it strategically for account development and take initiative and responsibility for sustainable success, always aiming to achieve the best possible outcome.
You work independently and target-oriented, have a strong hands-on mentality and have ideally already had first contact with methodical sales frameworks such as SPICED, SPIN or MEDDIC.
You hold a driver's license and are willing to travel regularly to regional customer appointments.
You possess business-fluent German (spoken and written) and good English skills.
