Responsible for the entire B2B sales cycle, from lead generation to successful closing.
Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers across multiple levels: Office Management, HR, Procurement, Facilities, and Executive Leadership.
Collaborate closely with the team on account planning and targeted qualification of the outbound pipeline.
Conduct on-site tastings at customer locations as part of the sales process and to strengthen customer relationships.
Independently manage your pipeline and all relevant processes in HubSpot.
Actively share knowledge within the team and continuously refine our joint sales approach.
Represent ReDrink at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows.
Requirements
Relevant experience in B2B sales with a clear hunter profile (proven ability to generate and close new business).
Strong stakeholder management: you bring different interests together and align them toward a common goal.
Active listening as a core competency — strong deals start with the right questions.
Resilience and perseverance; a “no” is often just a “not yet.”
Structured, conscientious working style with attention to detail, even in complex sales cycles.
Native-level German and fluent English.
