Track and analyze sales KPIs: prepare regular reports on pipeline volume, win rate, conversion rates, and sales cycle
Build lead lists: research target accounts, qualify leads, and deliver structured lists for the sales team
Create and update sales enablement materials: pitch decks, one-pagers, proposal templates, and competitor overviews
Conduct market and competitive analyses and prepare decision-ready summaries for Fabian
Prepare and follow up on meetings: agendas, minutes, action-item tracking, and follow-ups
Document sales processes and workflows and identify automation opportunities (e.g., in Pipedrive or with AI tools like Claude)
Maintain CRM data quality: keep leads, accounts, and deal stages in Pipedrive up to date and clean
Requirements
You are currently enrolled at university (majoring in business, a data-driven field, or a comparable program)
Analytical thinking and commercial/business understanding — you know how sales metrics relate and what they mean
Confident user of Excel; first experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude) is a plus
You work in a structured and reliable way and complete tasks independently end-to-end
Strong communication skills in German and English
First experience in a startup, consulting, or sales environment
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot) or reporting tools (Power BI, Metabase)
