Ensure timely inbound material availability while optimizing logistics costs.
Execute and manage orders, collaborating on forecasts with internal and external suppliers.
Monitor and manage material shortages and lead times effectively.
Oversee inventory management, including stock level reviews and excess/obsolete inventory reporting.
Maintain procurement data to support operational efficiency.
Implement inbound logistics strategies as per the established roadmap.
Analyze data to identify solutions, making informed decisions to resolve common issues.
Assist with first-level supplier management and lead supplier communications independently.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering from 6 plus years of relevant work experience in purchasing, inbound SCM or materials management.
Proficiency with SAP ERP MM module.
Experience with inventory optimization techniques.
Exceptions Management (Like GR-IR, receipt or other statutory documents discrepancy) in Source to Pay processing.
Good in working with Multiple stakeholders and ensure appropriate level of communication.
Basic discipline to manage E-mails, Notifications from IT Tools supporting MM process on time and without escalations to higher level.
Ability to work independently, with little or no supervision.
Analytical skills, Basic exposure to Lean process techniques.
Working knowledge of MS Excel, word and PowerPoint.
Electronic components or Electro mech parts purchasing knowledge
Basics of working with Business analytics tools like PBI.
