Support the development of Dynamics 365 Sales solutions including C# server-side plugins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript web resources, and PCF controls under the guidance of senior team members.
Learn and contribute to Dynamics 365 customizations, including forms, views, business rules, and Dataverse configuration.
Assist in developing and maintaining C# plugins, custom workflow activities, and JavaScript customizations.
Support the creation and maintenance of Power Automate workflows and business process automation.
Participate in integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems through APIs and web services.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, defects, and integration challenges.
Collaborate with business analysts, consultants, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Participate in system testing, deployments, and release activities.
Contribute to technical documentation, development standards, and knowledge-sharing activities.
Follow established development, security, and deployment processes across development, test, and production environments.
Continuously learn Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and related Microsoft technologies.

1-3 years of experience in software development using C# and .NET.
Understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software development best practices.
Experience developing web applications, APIs, or enterprise software solutions.
Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Familiarity with JavaScript and web technologies (HTML, CSS, REST APIs).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and willingness to work closely with business and technical teams.
Eagerness to learn Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform technologies.
