LHH is a global leader in career transition services, and they are seeking a Small-Medium Enterprise Business Developer to drive outbound sales efforts. This role involves engaging HR leaders and business owners, building lasting relationships, and managing the full sales cycle to support transitioning employees.
Responsibilities:
- Drive 100% outbound sales through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and virtual networking
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline of HR and Talent leaders in small to mid-sized companies
- Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals that highlight the ROI of outplacement services
- Lead RFP responses and contract negotiations in alignment with pricing and service guidelines
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Managers, SDRs, and Client Partners to ensure seamless service execution
- Utilize Salesforce for lead tracking, opportunity management, and reporting
- Apply tools like Outreach, SalesForce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong to optimize outreach and engagement
- Use Salesforce to manage leads, opportunities, and client communications
- Track and analyze engagement data to refine messaging and improve conversion rates
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling to HR, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations leaders
- Proven track record in outbound sales and new business development
- Proficiency in Salesforce and sales automation tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesForce, Seismic)
- Skilled in using data enrichment tools (e.g., ZoomInfo) and conversation intelligence platforms (e.g., Gong)
- Comfortable with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and virtual selling environments
- Strong digital communication and CRM hygiene practices
