Understand customer objectives, business processes, workflows and success criteria
Translate customer requirements into solution storyboards and digital workflows
Configure and deploy Vyn solutions for demonstrations, trials and production use
Support solution implementation, testing, user acceptance and optimisation
Build customer dashboards and provide data-driven operational insights
Work closely with Customer Success, Delivery, Product and Engineering, feeding customer feedback into the product roadmap
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
3–4 years’ experience in solution engineering, software implementation, technical consulting or digital solutions
Experience configuring/implementing SaaS, workflow or cloud-based solutions, and creating process maps, user journeys or solution storyboards
Familiarity with APIs, JSON, SQL and system integrations; exposure to Python, JavaScript, HTML or CSS
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with a customer-facing mindset
Comfortable working UK/European business hours; experience with dashboarding tools like Amazon QuickSight is a plus
