Alternating oversight of different construction sites in the areas of underground cable corridors, converter stations, and overhead line construction directly on site
Conducting site inspections, identifying hazards, and implementing pragmatic safety solutions
Advising project teams and subcontractors on all HSE matters
Assisting with the update of risk assessments and monitoring compliance with safety requirements

Completed training as a Safety Specialist (Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit)
High willingness to travel to changing assignments within Germany and project-related overnight stays in hotels
Quick comprehension to adapt rapidly to new teams, locations, and project conditions
Assertiveness combined with tact in dealing with varying contacts
Driver’s license: Class B mandatory
Initial experience in specific areas such as civil engineering/route construction, high voltage/converter, or working at heights/overhead lines (plus)
