Act as the HR point of contact for business units across Europe, ensuring alignment with wider HR strategy and local compliance
Partner with wider HR team and senior stakeholders to design and implement initiatives that support engagement, retention and talent development
Working alongside People Manager to support European growth and new entities in various countries
Ensure HR systems, data and processes are standarised, efficient and compliant with GDPR and local regulations
Work closely with country managers, finance, legal and wider HR team to deliver compliant HR support
Work closely with the Recruitment team to ensure timely onboarding process
Ensure HR policies and practices comply with employment legislations in all operating countries
Serve as the regional escalation point for complex HR matters, ensuring timely and compliant resolution
Champion a positive and inclusive culture across diverse European teams

Previous experience in a similar role within Europe
Strong understanding of employment law and HR practices across multiple European countries
Strategic and hands-on HR capability
Happy to travel to Europe on a regular basis
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Strong project management and change leadership
Ability to operate in fast paced environment
