About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for the design, execution and coordination of improvement and implementation projects
Focus on process design and performance (throughput times, delivery, quality, etc.)
Work with fellow Engineers, Operational teams, the Control Room and the leadership team on multiple projects
Identify desired changes by analyzing existing processes, procedures and (WMS) systems
Coordinating a (partial) implementation or improvement project
Advising internal and external stakeholders
Reporting on and administering the work
Requirements
Minimum HBO (applied sciences) working and thinking level
At least 3 years of relevant work experience in logistics, or in consulting or interim assignments related to logistics and supply chain in a highly automated environment
Experience with project-based work
Highly proficient with automated systems and with MS Office (especially Excel)
Experience with the IT side of the processes (functional understanding of WMS systems)
Good command of the English language is a requirement (the working language is English)
