Design, develop, and maintain production tools for the design team that are stable, save real time, and work well with our downstream design automation systems.
Collaborate with highly interdisciplinary teams to design and implement software automation that drives efficiency and throughput on the architecture and business development teams.
Build the exchange layer between our internal model and external MEP consultants so they don't bottleneck the process or lock us into their stack.
Build auto-takeoff from BIM to produce high-confidence estimates during design.
Build tooling that helps architects iterate through value-engineering options quickly.
Collaborate with software engineers to build and support reliable, effective tools.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build consensus around a technical vision.
Strong general coding experience, ideally in Python and/or TypeScript.
Experience with automated testing and releases/deployments.
