Role Overview
- Drafting defenses and legal opinions
- Monitoring and compliance with deadlines
- Attending hearings
- Representation before the Regional Labor Court (TRT), including drafting and submitting written briefs (memoriais), oral advocacy, and meetings with appellate judges
- Management of external law firms.
Requirements
- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) — Santa Catarina (SC) section
- Experience in labor and social security litigation (knowledge of NTEP and FAP)
- Specialization in Labor Law and/or Social Security Law preferred
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
