TWO95 International, Inc is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for remote work. The role involves working with CRM systems, driving continuous improvement in the medical device industry, and managing stakeholder requests.
Responsibilities:
- Experience with CRM system design, validation, training, and change management (Salesforce administrator experience preferred)
- Experience with experience platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud)
- Experience with IT ticketing system for stakeholder management of system issues and requests
- At least 3 years’ experience in the Medical Device industry or medical field, with specific experience in establishing and driving continuous improvement of CRM, ecommerce, and portal systems in a regulated environment
