About this role
Role Overview
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, interviews, and offers, via phone, video calls, and email.
Develop a strong understanding of technical and non-technical roles to effectively source and assess candidates.
Manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously while providing an outstanding candidate experience.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment pipelines.
Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to develop effective hiring strategies.
Prioritize competing tasks and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates and reports on hiring progress.
Support additional talent acquisition and human resources initiatives as needed.
Requirements
1+ years of professional experience (excluding internships), preferably in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher) in both written and spoken forms.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
Available to work under our hybrid model, attending our Quito office one day per week.
Experience coordinating or managing end-to-end hiring processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
Comfortable with Google Workspace and quick to learn new tools and technologies (experience with ATS/TMS platforms is a plus).
