About this role
Role Overview
- Engineer and support Microsoft Copilot Chat and Microsoft 365 Copilot use-cases (Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Build and operate Copilot Studio agents and integrate with Microsoft Copilot Agents patterns.
- Develop Power Automate workflows to operationalize AI outputs.
- Design Power Platform solutions (Power Apps + Dataverse) to provide structured user experiences.
- Integrate with enterprise systems via Microsoft Graph and Power Platform connectors.
- Implement security and compliance controls and validate data boundaries for AI interactions.
- Establish agent/automation lifecycle management and document runbooks.
Requirements
- 0-3 years in enterprise engineering, product engineering, or platform operations (Microsoft 365 / Power Platform).
- Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and Power Automate.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat experiences.
- Strong understanding of LLM concepts (prompt patterns, RAG, limitations) and Responsible AI practices.
- Security and governance experience: Entra ID app/identity concepts, permissions/consent, and information protection.
- API and integration skills (REST, OAuth2) and ability to troubleshoot complex, cross-service issues.
- Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into feasible solutions.
