Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 12
15 + years’ experience in product leadership or general management roles with enterprise scope
Deep expertise in financial planning, wealth management, or consumer financial platforms
Demonstrated success defining and implementing enterprise product strategies tied to measurable client and business outcomes
Validated ability to influence outcomes across complex, highly regulated, matrixed organizations
Strong executive communication, decision-making, and partner alignment capabilities
Experience defining vision and strategy for end-to-end customer experiences across digital and advisor-led channels
Track record of translating customer needs into scalable product strategies, business cases, and investment priorities
Strong analytical demeanor with experience establishing critical metrics tied to customer outcomes, engagement, and adoption
Ability to assess competitive, regulatory, and industry trends (e.g., data aggregation ecosystems, permissioned data) and translate into actionable strategy
Experience partnering across business units and functions to deliver integrated solutions that deepen customer relationships and drive growth
