Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular meetings and updates, primarily over Zoom.
Manage project timelines, calendars, and goals for teams and clients using our project management tool, Wrike.
Track project and retainer budgets against scope, flagging risks before they become overages.
Partner with cross-functional teams to keep everyone aligned.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in an agency setting, managing 5-7 client accounts
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable marketing/sales automation platform (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo), including experience across sales, marketing, and service workflows
Demonstrated experience managing capacity, delegating work across a team, and owning project/retainer budgets
Must currently reside in the United States
Benefits
The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
