Collaborate with field team to identify staffing needs and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Maintain accurate and organized records using our applicant tracking system (ATS).
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Create ongoing recruitment/sourcing strategies and tools as a means of increasing applicants and driving awareness in the market.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
Experience with Sales recruitment an asset.
Strong understanding of recruiting processes, laws, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
