Social Media Specialist

Role Overview

• Own the development and maintenance of social media content calendars across assigned accounts.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and campaign objectives.
• Coordinate timelines, approvals, and asset delivery to ensure seamless execution.
• Oversee and execute copywriting, caption development, hashtag strategy, and publishing schedules.
• Collaborate with internal teams (content, influencer, PR, paid) to ensure cohesive execution across channels.
• Monitor content performance using social analytics tools and track KPIs for growth and optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or agency account management.
• Strong understanding of social-first content strategy and influencer integration.
• Proficient in Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn content best practices.
• Experience with project management tools and social analytics platforms (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
• Fluent in English (French is a strong asset).
