About this role
Role Overview
Drive execution of internal readiness and sales activation strategies for new and enhanced Merchant Services products.
Translate product strategies into customer centric value propositions, marketing and sales enablement plans, and launch materials.
Partner with Product and BD teams to identify the right audiences, deployment channels, and success metrics for GTM campaigns / webinars / events.
Develop client-centric narratives and competitive messaging that differentiate KeyBank’s Merchant solutions and reflect market trends and evolving client needs.
Create marketing materials that help front-line teams understand the why, what, and how behind solutions, enabling them to confidently engage prospects and clients.
Manage marketing and enablement projects end-to-end, including scoping, planning, design, execution, approvals, delivery, and ongoing maintenance.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in product marketing or sales enablement within financial services industry or fintech B2B experience.
Experience in merchant service marketing preferred.
Strong understanding of B2B financial solutions, especially in Commercial Banking.
Experience building sales enablement frameworks, training content, and product positioning assets strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field.
