Facilitate project/team planning and delivery activities
Partner with management to remove impediments, resolve conflicts and issues
Monitor metrics defined by the leadership to measure, develop and execute plans to improve maturity
Develop detailed project execution plans; track project progress, budget, milestones and quality
Collaborate with Management to ensure they are aware of resource allocation needs

Bachelor's degree
Associate Level: 1+ years of demonstrated experience managing multiple projects/executed in various methodologies/or phases
Mid-Level: 3+ years of demonstrated experience managing multiple projects/executed in various methodologies/or phases
Demonstrated excellence in change management and coaching others
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail, time management skills and the ability to multitask
