Role Overview
- Lead the review, development, implementation, and documentation of complex international tax planning strategies to support business objectives while optimizing global tax outcomes.
- Analyze and interpret evolving U.S. and foreign tax laws, regulations, and guidance to ensure compliance and identify planning opportunities.
- Provide strategic recommendations regarding the tax implications of cross-border transactions, restructurings, and business initiatives.
- Direct recurring and non-recurring transfer pricing analyses, documentation, and planning initiatives.
- Ensure transfer pricing policies align with business operations, regulatory requirements, and global tax strategies.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to address transfer pricing risks and opportunities.
- Provide leadership and oversight for foreign tax examinations, audits, and tax controversy matters.
- Manage relationships with foreign tax authorities and external advisors.
- Develop and execute strategies for resolving tax disputes and audits.
- Oversee global transfer pricing compliance, documentation, and planning activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of international tax filings and reporting obligations.
- Drive process improvements and maintain strong internal controls.
- Lead global cash tax forecasting and modeling efforts.
- Identify opportunities to improve cash flow efficiency and reduce overall tax burden.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to tax and executive leadership on the application and impact of complex international tax provisions.
- Assess tax risks, identify potential unintended consequences, and develop actionable recommendations to mitigate costs and exposures.
- Support strategic business initiatives, tax analysis of proposed acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and other significant transactions.
- Legal entity and ownership structuring for new domestic and international operations.
- Legal entity rationalization and organizational simplification projects.
- Corporate reorganizations and cross-border restructuring initiatives.

Requirements
- Understanding of US international tax reporting requirements and tax technical
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Ability to strategically prioritize projects and priorities and effectively utilize internal and external team resources
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 7+ years of related experience
- 4+ years of management or supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree
- 10+ years of related experience
- 6+ years of management or supervisory experience
