Responsible for coordinating the management of agreements with public and private entities in the payroll-deductible loan segment, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational continuity and strengthened institutional relationships.
Serve as a strategic link between internal areas and partner employers, removing impediments and ensuring business sustainability and growth.
Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with SLAs.
Monitor performance and propose continuous improvements.
Track and interpret legislation and regulatory standards (e.g., INSS, SIAPE, state and municipal bodies).
Act as the internal technical reference on payroll-deductible loan regulatory matters.
Mitigate risks and ensure adherence to current regulations.
Identify operational and regulatory bottlenecks.
Coordinate with legal, compliance, product, technology and operations teams.
Act as a facilitator to unblock critical requests.
Develop and maintain relationships with partner employers and institutions.
Represent the bank in strategic engagements (visits, negotiations and forums).
Support the expansion and retention of agreements.
Structure processes and governance for agreement management.
Support the development of regulatory and operational roadmaps.
Develop market intelligence and identify business opportunities.
Requirements
Knowledge of legislation and regulatory standards (preferably INSS, SIAPE, public agreements)
Experience interfacing with internal areas (legal, compliance, operations, technology)
Ability to manage stakeholders and solve complex problems
Analytical profile with strategic vision
Previous experience in coordination or indirect leadership
Experience in relationships with public bodies and professional associations (desirable)
Experience in payroll-deductible loans (desirable)
Experience in implementing agreements or regulatory projects (desirable)
Knowledge of industry associations (e.g., FEBRABAN, ABBC) (desirable)
Experience in transformation or area structuring environments (desirable)
