Handle social security cases at the administrative, judicial and appeals stages
Perform technical and strategic analysis of cases
Monitor deadlines, case movements and case progress/status
Work on matters related to accident benefits, BPC/LOAS (Continuous Cash Benefit under Brazilian Social Assistance Law), maternity benefit, special retirement/pension, and benefits related to ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder).
Requirements
Active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association)
2 to 4 years of experience in social security law
Experience drafting legal pleadings and filings
Experience managing social security cases
Strong legal writing skills, organization, and responsibility with deadlines
