Coordinate and email daily project schedules between painting crews, building management, and internal teams to ensure timely project completion
Communicate with property managers, contractors, and on-site supervisors to confirm schedules and site appointments
Assist in translating notes from the field of work completed into written summaries to send to building managers for approval
Maintain accurate records of project timelines and crew assignments in company systems
Assist in scheduling projects and assigning crews based on their experience and history working at the various locations

3+ years of experience as a Scheduling Coordinator, Dispatcher, or in a similar operations role
C-level written and verbal English and communication skills (for client and team coordination)
Experience with translation English Spanish
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with data entry and scheduling
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work full-time EST
