- Comfort exploring and utilising AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cloud Code, or Windsurf to enhance engineering efficiency.
- A strong foundation in infrastructure support, including debugging across a full technology stack and managing cloud infrastructure.
- Great collaborative communication skills, with a focus on constructive conversations, sharing knowledge, and participating in code reviews.
- A quality-first mindset reflected in regular practice of test-driven and trunk-based development methods.
