Role Overview
Review, assess, and accurately process contractor information against a range of internal and externally regulated standards.
Complete verification and assessment activities in line with quality, productivity, and service level targets.
Provide support and guidance to contractors and colleagues by developing a strong understanding of CHAS standards and requirements.
Deliver excellent customer service, responding to queries and supporting a positive customer experience throughout the verification journey.
Utilise various systems and software platforms to manage data, maintain records, and support wider Service Delivery team activities.
