Own every stage of the B2B sales funnel—leveraging HubSpot CRM to track leads, manage a 3-to-6 month sales cycle, and turn cold prospects into recurring partners.
Pitch and negotiate contracts directly with C-level executives, Chief People Officers (CPOs), Global Mobility Managers, and Procurement/Finance directors.
Your initial success will be measured by high-energy pipeline generation, active discovery meetings, and successfully securing the crucial first corporate booking from new accounts.
Partner with our Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure our properties and services align seamlessly with top-tier corporate expectations.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales within fast-paced digital, tech, or startup environments.
Full fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory.
Deep understanding of B2B sales methodologies, a metrics-driven mindset, and proficiency with HubSpot CRM (or similar) to manage pipelines effectively.
You thrive in an "unopened territory" environment.
Natural ability to navigate complex organizational structures and speak the language of corporate decision-makers (HR, Finance, Mobility).
Previous experience in the Hospitality sector, corporate housing, or an existing network within the Relocation / Global Mobility industry is a massive plus.
