Monitor activities, identify deviations, and implement improvement actions and productivity gains.
Build and maintain client relationships, fostering trust to ensure long-term engagement.
Prepare reports and performance indicator statements.
Prepare technical reports, assessments, minutes and related operational documents.
Develop, prepare and present reports and projects in meetings, seminars and training activities.
Stay current on business management topics, HR, taxation, occupational health and safety, environmental issues, economics, politics and market trends.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Business Management, or Economics.
More than 5 years of experience — Experience in administrative, operational or production activities; strategic planning; training and management of staff; procurement and materials management; and setting and achieving targets and results. Proficiency in Excel, cash flow management and financial statements (income statement / P&L). Basic knowledge of labor, tax and corporate legislation, and skills in procurement negotiations and contractual matters.
