Focus on complex technical support, root cause analysis, and process optimization
Analyze and resolve complex incidents related to our cloud/archive solutions
Perform root cause analyses and coordinate cross-departmental adjustments
Continuously improve our support and operations processes
Serve as the primary point of contact for IT staff and PACS teams
Monitor services on internal systems as well as customer systems
Prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and support the team

More than 5 years of professional experience in technical customer support (1st & 2nd level)
Solid practical knowledge of PACS systems, DICOM, HL7, and IHE
Strong expertise in Windows Server environments and SQL databases
Fluent German (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
