About this role
Role Overview
Conduct briefing meetings with hiring managers to define staffing needs and create compelling job postings.
Own the end-to-end recruiting process with a clear focus on Active Sourcing via LinkedIn, XING, StepStone and other channels.
Review applications, conduct phone and Teams interviews, and coordinate the entire interview process.
Continuously maintain and optimize the candidate pipeline to ensure fast and timely filling of open positions.
Plan and run on-site trial days for finalists to provide a realistic insight into day-to-day work.
Support hiring managers with market analyses and salary recommendations.
Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure a respectful and professional application process.
Requirements
At least 5 years of solid experience in full-cycle recruiting.
A background in staffing/temp services or high-volume recruiting is explicitly desired.
Proven success in direct outreach to passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, XING TalentManager and StepStone.
Business-fluent German and fluent English.
Hands-on mentality, high self-initiative and the ability to onboard quickly and work independently.
A stable CV (multiple short-term positions under one year in the last 5 years are not a fit for us).
